Guess what?!? Its....TUESSSSSSDAY!!!!

Its 6:20am and Jim and I are about to go downtown for my (hoepefully last) ER.

I've done all that I could do leading up to this point so I'm throwing this one upward and hoping someone catches my prayers this time.

One thing so far I have to note is how crazy ridiculously starving I am right now. NPO (nothing by mouth) after midnight last night makes it tough to get going this morning.
