Better yet not...same but different? HUH?!?

So of course every cycle is different but I've got a few variations going on and I'm not sure if they're a bad thing, a good thing, or just ok.
Last cycle after 4 nights of stims I had an e2 of 524 , yet today its only 216. However, last cycle at the first monitoring appt. I only had "lots" of follicles on either side too small to measure while this time I've got a 12mm already on one side and "lots" under 10 on the other. I suppose that may be a good thing...last cycle my RE said she triggered me earlier than she wanted to because my e2 started plateau-ing so perhaps if it steadily increases this time it'll give me a better chance at having quality eggs and more of them?
