Yesterday I had to close the office so I wouldn't be home until close to 8pm. Jim just walked in the door and sat down at the kitchen table to check his email while I was finishing getting ready to leave for work. I then realized that the dog would need to be fed but I'd be home past her dinner time. I said "Oh by the way, can you feed the dog before you leave for work" Jim just gave me a confused look and said "Feed her at 10pm??" ....and then I realized oh yeah, he doesn't leave until 10pm he did JUST get home afterall. LOL
Then today someone had called at work and I had mentioned that the manager for the association had changed. I gave the person the new managers name and they asked if that was a male or female, because the name could be either. I, not even missing a beat, responded the manager was a female....and repeated it.....before I shook my head and said "Oh NO!! I'm sorry that manager is a male!!! He's a man!!!" Its not like I don't know this person either there are only 8 managers in my office, LOL Needless to say that got a few laughs from some of the people in the office today....myself included I won't lie.
Symptoms? Maybe but hard to say because of the Endometrin aka Gross-a-metrin (ewwww seriously). I'm nauseous, obviously crazy is setting in, and today I had cramping on and off. Hopefully these are all good signs and keep up! Also, whats weird and different that I haven't experienced before is a little bit of pain in my who-ha. Ouchy...feels kinda like UTI/yeast infection pain. Makes sticking the suppositories up there a lot of fun that I've come to look forward to three times a day now. Ha.
Anywho....here is the ever popular chart of the embryos progression starting as a 5 day transfer. According to this, if all is going accordingly in there with RK and KC, they should start implanting tomorrow. Eeeek!!! Stick Stick Stick!!!
5-Day Transfer
| Days Past Transfer (DPT) | Embryo Development |
| One- Tuesday | The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell |
| Two-Wednesday | The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus |
| Three- Thursday | The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation |
| Four- Friday | Implantation continues |
| Five- Saturday | Implantation is complete, cells that will eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop |
| Six- Sunday | Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) starts to enter the blood stream |
| Seven-Monday- AKA BETA DAY!!! | Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted |
| Eight- Tuesday | Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted |
| Nine- Wednesday | Levels of hCG are now high enough to detect a pregnancy |
